Yuta started his journey to become a LobStar over 4 years ago at the Plaza location. He then, along with Luke’s, soon realized that he is a keeper well within the acceptable range of the sustainability practices enforced by the MSC. Upon shedding his shell through the teammate, shift leader, then assistant general manager ranks, he soon reached the epitome of a LobStar -- the Jumbo Keeper.
