Josh Allen

Director of Training and Organizational Development

Josh is the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Luke's Lobster. He was born and raised in Minnesota where he trained to be an actor at The Guthrie Theater at the University of Minnesota. Soon after graduating, Josh moved to NYC to pursue costume-building and quickly became obsessed with restaurants. He has served as almost every FOH position a restaurant group can offer and fell in love with training during his time as Director of Operations for Hearth Restaurant in the East Village, just around the corner from the original Luke's Lobster. Josh continued his studies at the University of Connecticut School of Business with a Masters in Human Resources Management. When he is not buried in studies he is a sculptor, a reader, and a wine-nerd.
