After many years of restaurant experience as a Chef and General Manager, Jamieson welcomed the opportunity to join the team at Luke’s Lobster and is thoroughly enjoying the experience. Jamieson has a passion for the industry and appreciates Luke’s commitment to sustainability and traceability. When not at work, you can find Jamieson with his wife and son, the joy and love in his life.
