Catering Coordinator

Erin joined Luke’s in 2019 as Catering Coordinator located up in Saco, Maine at Luke’s Lobster’s Seafood Company aka “SeaCo”. She is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute with a double major in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food and Beverage Business Management. She has spent the last few years in New York City working for Daniel Boulud, dabbling in the custom cake world and catering in Boston, Massachusetts. Outside of work she can be found more often than not working on her new home, spending time on the beach near her house, watching Fixer Upper incessantly and listening to murder podcasts.
