Vice President of Finance
Emily Gopstein is the Vice President of Finance for Luke’s Lobster. Emily leads the finance and accounting operations of the restaurant group and is focused on ensuring all departments have the financial data and analyses needed to make the best decisions.Prior to joining Luke’s in 2018, Emily led finance at ’Wichcraft, a multi-unit fast-casual sandwich restaurant in New York. Prior to that, she was an investment banker for 10 years, advising companies on strategic capital raising and M&A across several industries, including consumer & retail. She graduated from Princeton with a degree in Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Emily's current pursuits outside of the office include running, playing the piano, and expanding her cooking capabilities (she doesn't want to say learning how to cook). Her most notable accomplishment, however, is thinking she may actually have become a "dog person" after her time in Luke's dog-friendly New York HQ.
