Director of Legal + Risk Management
Clare has been working at Luke's Lobster since 2011. As the Director of Legal & Risk Management, she oversees the company’s compliance with state, local, federal, and internal ordinances--though her coworkers will tell you that her favorite job responsibilities really involve wrangling the office's dogs. In January 2018, Clare led Luke’s through the rigorous process to become one of the rare restaurant groups to certify as a B Corporation, adding this accolade to Luke’s Lobster’s many other certifications including Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level III. She challenges industry standards to inspire others in the hospitality world to reevaluate their operations to act with more social and environmental responsibility. Clare works closely with the team to support Luke’s Lobster’s deep devotion to each of its communities, its family of teammates, and the environment.
