In Miami, we partnered with Chefs Danny Figueredo and Rosa Romero of Sanguich de Miami to put their spin on our lobster roll. The result is a soulful, familial dish that brought Rosa back to her childhood with her fisherman father, serving Enchilado de Langosta in a Cuban bread bowl that smells as delicious as it looks.

We'll be serving the Sanguich Lobster Roll in our Miami shacks starting September 25 (National Lobster Day) and all the way through our birthday month ending on October 31.
