At our Chicago shack, we partnered with the iconic chef Paul Kahan to get his take on our lobster roll. He came up with a mouthwatering butter pudding which complements the sweetness of our lobster, garnished with shaved black lime for a little kick in our toasted and buttered bun. 

We'll be serving the Paul Kahan Lobster Roll in our Chicago shack starting September 25 (National Lobster Day) and all the way through our birthday month ending on October 31. A dollar from every Paul Kahan Lobster Roll sold will go towards Pilot Light, which helps kids make healthier choices on their lunch trays.
