 How do I place an order?

You can place an order online here or by emailing catering@lukeslobster.com or calling 646-504-4618. 

 

Do you deliver catering orders? How long does set up take?

Yes we offer delivery and our team will be happy to setup your order upon their arrival. Set up generally takes no more than 10 minutes, but please let us know if there are specific arrival instructions to expedite the process. 


Can you deliver outside of the city?

We will do our best! Please reach out to us at catering@lukeslobster.com with us much notice as possible. Delivery minimums may increase and transportation fees may also be applied. 

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

We encourage 1 week’s notice to guarantee your desired delivery time and all menu items availability, though 24 hours notice is generally enough! 

 

Can I place a delivery order same day?

We can generally accommodate any order, but please keep in mind that we ask for 24 hours notice to ensure on time delivery. 


Do you have a rewards program for loyal catering customers?

Yes!  We provide a gift card for every three catering orders placed beginning in January 2019. When you’ve hit your third order, we’ll reach out about the correct address to mail it to! The gift card values range from $30-$250 and depend on your average order size.


What size parties can you cater?

Any size! You just let us know how much food to bring - the sky (or sea!) is the limit!

 

Can you cater a cocktail party?

Absolutely! Our mini roll trays make for a perfect cocktail party menu item. 

 

I’m hosting folks with dietary restrictions. Help!

No sweat, we can help! We offer gluten-friendly buns, gluten-free soups & chowders, and an array of vegetarian options. Ask our team for suggestions or reach out with any questions!


Do you have vegetarian or vegan catering options?

We offer vegetarian seasonal salads which can be made vegan as well! In select cities, we also offer a tray of 12 Kale Pesto Caprese sandwiches with garlicky roasted tomatoes, kale pesto, and fresh mozzarella on toasted organic white bread which is great add-on for vegetarians and seafood-lovers alike! 


How long can my food sit out if I get delivery?

We recommend eating the food as soon as possible after it's been delivered! If you are planning on waiting a while before serving, we recommend getting your rolls "deconstructed." We provide you with all the ingredients and can give you a quick tutorial on how to assemble the rolls in your own home. 

 

Can I order alcohol?

We are able to deliver alcohol in New York City, Washington, DC, and Maryland, though our teammates are not able to serve it. A valid 21+ ID will need to presented upon delivery. 

 

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in any catering service, although it is always appreciated.


How do I pay for my order? What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and will send you a secure link to complete payment online with your order confirmation. If you need to pay via check, please reach out to us at catering@lukeslobster.com about setting up a corporate account with us. 


Can I customize my catering package? I don’t see one that has everything I am looking for.

Absolutely! All of our menu items are available a la carte, please reach out to us at catering@lukeslobster.com for menu suggestions based on your guest count.


Do you provide service ware?

All of our catering options include paper serveware for the food, as well as plastic cutlery and paper napkins. Please let us know if you do not want these items included. 

 

Where will my seafood come from? 

Our seafood is always wild-caught from sustainable sources. We’ll include information with your delivery that lets you know the harbor(s) where your seafood was caught. 


Can I cancel my order? 

We appreciate as much notice as possible. For orders cancelled within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
