Add a little of their flavor-packed Everything sauces for a kicked-up personal pizza. Make this delicious treat your own by adding other toppings to your liking!

2 lb Toro (tuna belly), thawed
Sir Kensington’s Garlic Everything Sauce OR Gochujang Everything Sauce
Green jalapenos, thinly sliced rounds
Cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced rounds
Flour Tortillas
Scallions, thinly sliced
Black Sesame seeds

  1. Cutting against the grain of the tuna toro, slice very thin pieces and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

  2. With your oven set to broil, place flour tortillas onto a sheet pan and let sit under the broiler until tortillas begin to toast/char. Flip tortillas and repeat on the other side. Let cool slightly on a rack.

  3. Place cooled, crispy tortillas on a cutting board and top with thin slices of toro until the tortilla is completely covered. Using a sharp knife, cut toro covered tortillas into 4 slices.

  4. Working in a smooth zig-zag motion, top pizzas with Garlic or Gochujang Everything sauce.

  5. Evenly top each piece with sliced jalapeno and tomatoes, garnishing with sliced scallions and black sesame seeds.
