Introduction
This easy and fresh salad recipe is a perfect quick and healthy meal option for the weeknight. The tuna is seared only momentarily to give it a delicious toasted sesame crust without overcooking the fish. Use up your garden vegetables or head to the local farmers market to serve this tuna over a salad tossed with a ginger soy dressing. Add wonton strips for a little crunch! This recipe was created by our Regional Sales Manager, Erica Sedler.
