At our SoMa shack in San Francisco, we partnered with Chef Suzette Gresham, who's celebrating her own significant milestone with her restaurant Acquerello celebrating 30 years!

Chef Suzette took inspiration from a San Francisco classic, green goddess dressing, and added it to our own lobster roll for a fresh new take. We'll be serving the Acquerello Lobster Roll at Luke's Lobster Portland Pier starting September 25 (National Lobster Day) and all the way through our birthday month ending on October 31. A dollar from every Acquerello Lobster Roll sold will go towards La Cocina, which supports low-income female food entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses.
