Matty Unger, General Manager
If you hear a pulsing vocal "UNST UNST UNST!!!" from the kitchen, you can be sure Matty is working. Straight from the talent agencies of Hollywood, Matty brings his can-do attitude and business savvy to Luke's Upper West, much to the delight of co-workers and customers alike. When Matty is not working, he can be found playing with his kittehs, rolling his Rs, or rooting wildly for the Steelers. (by Sam)

Darrin
Darrin is a recent transplant to New York City from Maine, where he was living for more than 20 years. He thought he saw the Aurora Borealis one day, but it was just the lights from the Big Apple calling him here to pursue his dream in film. When he is not making those great lobster rolls, he's indulging in his guilty pleasures: '80s music, chicken wing-eating contests and video game collecting. Currently he is working on a revolutionary condiment that will bring peace to the world. (by Mike)

Katie
Katie is the most recent addition to the UWS crew. She has 3 roommates, all of whom are nuns. A graduate student at Fordham, she says it’s a great way to live on the cheap. She's studying to become a social worker, and when she's not working hard on her studies, she dreams about her other favorite sandwich (aside from the Schooner). the Philly cheesesteak, named after her hometown. She loves Boyz II Men, the Fresh Prince, Rocky 1, 2, 4, and 5 and The Delfonics. (By Mike)

Dilini
Better know to her co-workers as "Tiger," Dilini hails from Louisiana but now calls the Upper East Side 'home.' A student at Fordham University, this Bayou Bengal has a thirst for knowledge and will never shy away from asking life's toughest questions. While she's always ready to pounce on any unsuspecting Rabbit that comes her way, she is generally a docile sweetheart who was kind enough to provide the UWS with its very own coffee maker...an essential fuel for crafting our delicious lobster rolls! Derrick
Hailing from the deep depths of the “dirty dirty,” this ball of enthusiasm has graced customers and teammates alike with his southern Hotlanta “charm.” Derrick joined the UWS team in July 2011, and wastes no time letting you know of his Tar Heel ties to the UNC Chapel Hill. He also went to Emory for a Masters in Theatre. When not talking fantasy football, Tebow or Rodgers (or about his other fantasies, like his Atlanta Falcons going to the Super Bowl) Derrick rocks out at a catering job. You may also spot him on the streets as he runs from audition to audition for various acting gigs in the world of entertainment. Also, if you find yourself leaving with a nickname, this guy most-likely gave it to you, as he is a nickname mastermind. (by Matty)

Nick F
Nick moved to New York after hearing rumors that LeBron was heading to the Knicks. His dream was shattered when that did not happen, but he decided to pursue a life here, where he felt the $900 a month rent was much more reasonable than his $400 a month rent back home in Cleveland. Soft spoken, but very opinionated, his best joke is: Does your tooth hurt? No, why? Cause it’s two thirty (tooth hurty). (By Charles) -
Charles
Mike R, know to his friends and family as Charles, is a Chicago native currently studying art in New York City. Charles began his journey with Luke’s Lobster as the company delivery expert, and has recently brought his knowledge of the streets into the kitchen. A man of eccentric tastes, Mike enjoys bizarre illustrations and is a master of 1.2 liter beverages. Mike is an invaluable asset to the Luke’s team, keeping his cool even in the pouring rain and while being pestered about his tattoos. (By Nick F) -
