Lilly Schruben, General Manager
Lilly, first and foremost, is a great dancer! Yes, she gets down with the get down. So please, save yourself the embarrassment and never challenge her to a dance off. In addition to being the Supreme Queen of all Groovy Moves, Lilly is also a college graduate. She’s currently planning to take over the world with her phenomenally fantastic attitude and vast knowledge of history, which she gained in college. But that’s only after she’s traveled across the universe showing off those groovy moves, her dazzling smile and serving up lobster rolls. (By Pchas)

Gina
With her bright smile and infectious personality, you would never guess that this social, outdoorsy chick might believe the Cold War never ended! In the spare time she has after learning Russian and Air Force training, Gina enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping and going to Kenny Chesney concerts. The team at Luke’s is confident that if the Cold War does break out (again), Gina will not only thrive behind enemy lines, but will also make it on time to her next shift. (By Emily)

Richie
Richie hails from Newbury, MA, and loves all things Boston, from the Bruins to the dropped "R." A senior at American University, Richie is studying anthropology. He is known around Luke's for his leadership, hard work and sweet dance moves to classics like ABBA and Beyonce. When asked about his future, Richie will tell you that his one wish is to someday become Mr. Taylor Swift.

Pchas
As the resident connoisseur of buns, Pchas takes toasting rolls to an artform. It has been said that she once toasted a roll to such golden perfection that it had to be taken to the Louvre to be eaten. Apart from perfecting her toasting technique, Pchas can be found debating music and has been seen sneakily changing it. Despite the claim that Georgia has the best peaches, every Luke’s customer knows that the best Pchas is actually hard at work on E St. (by Gina)

Jasmyne
Jasmyne, a.k.a. Jazzy-Jazz, is best known around the shop for three things: 1) her stunning personality, 2) her amazing artistic talent, 3) her love of being serenaded. If you should you be unlucky enough to see Jazz looking glum, just belt out a few tunes and watch that frown turn upside-down. When not charming customers or enjoying the karaoke-musical stylings of the rest of the DC team, Jasmyne can probably be found texting. In fact, even while charming customers or listening to the crew's wailing, she can probably be found texting. (By Richie)

Morgan
Joining us from the great state of Massachusetts, Morgan is the epitome of "'90s kid." She is a 3-time talent show champion for her world-renowned "Ice Ice Baby" routine. Before she found her life's calling slinging lobster rolls, previous occupations included Ghostbuster, stuntwoman and pet detective. She's currently a grad student of Peace Studies at American University, but don't let that fool you: she's made Garret cry on two (known) occasions. (by Ryan)

Richard
Richard excels at two things: kicking a$$ and drinking beer (though we do not have our liquor license yet). Richard came to us via Bucknell University, and has yet to look back. He is a legend in his men’s hockey league, holding two records: penalty minutes and being the only player to take his skate off and try to stab someone. Twice. Richard’s pet peeves include the movie Titanic, and musicians not named Axel Rose. He has also read every book about the preparation of lobster rolls. Therefore, if I only had time for one lobster roll, I would want Richard to make it. (By Garret)

Ryan
Ryan is a native of Marshfield, MA, but he left those misty bogs to follow a once revered rock legend around the frat-house world: Third Eye Blind. When not trying to crowd surf to “Jumper,” he majors in sass at GWU. Ryan has a weakness for female politicians, or rather, they have a weakness for him. He has been known to make the most accomplished political women feel like giggly schoolgirls with just a glance from those big brown eyes. (By Sally)

Sally
Sally puts her life on the line making lobster rolls every single day. When asked about it, she just casually shrugs and says, “I’m just doing my job.” She views being an architect of lobster rolls as a stepping stone to her larger career goal of being an architect of houses. Although she recently retired from a promising rowing career, she still follows the sport religiously and is attending the Head of the Charles Regatta next fall as a freelance journalist. We at Luke's are lucky to have Sally, for her awesome personality never fails to brighten the shop and her excellent welding skills can always fix it up. (By Garret)

Emily
Roger Ebert once stated that Emily was the best child actress never discovered. Because of her potential stardom, Emily endured the all the related facets of being a childhood star, faced with fame at an early age -- just without the fame. After a brief stint on reality TV, Emily relocated to DC, where she is now our master chef. Emily makes lobster rolls at amazing rate of 230 per minute, but it is her positive attitude and superstar charisma that makes her a fan favorite at Luke’s. (By Garret)

Julian
Julian, originally from Maryland, was shaped by his time in the Wild Wild West, namely the University of Texas. Like the wandering hero that he is most often compared to (Steven Segal), he will only talk about his past in rare moments of vulnerability. If you dig, you will learn that he once broke up a violent drug ring that held an entire peaceful Texas town hostage. He never wanted the attention that came with heroism, however, and he prefers his quiet life of reading poetry, practicing meditation and making lobster rolls. (by Garret)

Ben
Outdoor enthusiast, New Englander, ultimate frisbee player -- he begins every morning with the breakfast of champions: Wheaties and half and half (sometimes whole milk just isn't enough). A rising junior at Bowdoin College, he is obsessed with all things Maine. When he isn't slinging rolls at Luke's, he is interning for Maine Congresswoman Chellie Pingree. Ben was born with 12 fingers; today he only has ten, but we swear his phantom digits make him one of the most efficient employees Luke's has ever witnessed. So although he says he isn't ready to get into politics yet, he can definitely count on our endorsement when he does! (by Lilly)
