Lobster, Crab & Shrimp Rolls - 380 Calories

We serve our lobster, crab and shrimp rolls Maine-style – a quarter pound of seafood served chilled atop a buttered, griddled New England split-top bun with a swipe of mayo, a dash of lemon butter and a sprinkle of our Secret Seasoning.

We offer a selection of hearty bisques and chowders featuring Luke’s Lobster seafood made by Hurricane’s Soups, a small family business based in Greene, Maine. We serve a classic New England Clam Chowder in all shacks daily, with Lobster Bisque available in certain shacks year round, as well as a soup of the day which changes seasonally. 

Taste of Maine and Noah’s Ark (770-1165, 1340-2870)

Try it all! Our Taste of Maine offers half a lobster roll, half a crab roll, and half a shrimp roll, 2 jonah crab claws with cocktail sauce, choice of chips or slaw, a drink, and a pickle. A Noah’s Ark is just two Tastes of Maine, perfect to share.

Seasonal Salad - Wild Blue Salad (580)

In this salad sustainable seafood is the star. The Wild Blue salad features a full chilled lobster tail, halved, served on a bed of crisp baby arugula, house-pickled wild Maine blueberries, shredded red cabbage, white beans, and a sprinkling of roasted sunflower seeds. The salad is served with Luke's home-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Lobster Grilled Cheese (510) - Winter Only

This seasonal favorite features our lobster sandwiched by Maine made organic white bread, and melted gruyere. It is chock full of lobster, available all winter long.

Jonah Crab Claws (120)

Our Jonah Crab Claws feature sweet meat that comes right off the claw, perfect for sharing and packed with protein.

Chilled Lobster Tail (180-520)

A refreshing side, all about the lobster. Our half or whole lobster tail is served chilled, perfect for dipping in butter or cocktail sauce.

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Slaw (84)

Our mayo-less slaw is homemade right in our shacks daily. We mix red and white cabbage and carrots with our house-made poppy seed vinaigrette dressing to create a light, refreshing slaw.

Cape Cod Chips (200-220)

We offer New England’s finest small-batch kettle cooked chips in Original, Salt and Vinegar, and Barbecue flavors.

Maine and Local Craft Brews, and Wines (100-650)

Ask us about our great selection of award winning wines and microbrews, hand selected by our team to complement your meal. Though not all of our restaurants serve beer, those that do feature a number of seasonal Maine microbrews from Allagash, Atlantic, Shipyard, Peak Organic, Maine Beer Co, and Baxter. Our Georgetown and Park Slope locations serve a selection of Maine and local beers on tap. We also serve red and white wines, many sourced from New York’s Finger Lakes Region, at certain shacks. Shacks that do have alcoholic beverages offer Happy Hour from 4pm-7pm daily, when cans, bottles and pitchers up to 50% off. Check out our location pages to see if alcohol is featured at your shack.

Small Batch Sodas and Craft Beverage (0-140)

We feature small batch sodas and craft beverages from partners who keep quality ingredients top of mind. Maine Root Sodas are Fair Trade Certified and sweetened with organic cane juice, while Green Bee Craft Beverages sweetens only with honey from New England bees and flavors our signature Luke’s Blueberry Lemonade with wild Maine blueberries.


NYC and NJ – Our Manhattan, Brooklyn Bridge, and Hoboken shacks serve Maine Sea Salt Caramel Brownie Bites and Wild Maine Blueberry Bar Bites custom made by Milk and Cookies Bakery. Our Park Slope Shack serves Maine blueberry pie baked down the street at Four and Twenty Blackbirds.

DC and Philly – Our shacks serve an ice cream sandwich featuring Gifford’s Maine Ice Cream flavors like Blueberry and Vanilla Bean. In DC we source cookies from the local bakery Ruby Scoops while in Philly we partner with Kermit's South Philly Bakery.

Boston – We partner with South End Buttery to make a small ice cream sandwich with a Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie and Gifford’s Blueberry and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. You’ll also find packs of two cookies to go.

Chicago – We fell in love with the Honey Pie with Blueberry Compote from Bang Bang Pie, and it’s here to stay. From time to time we also serve their other flavors which vary by season.

Though we can’t guarantee the absence of allergens in any dish due to our limited kitchen equipment, we are always happy to accommodate requests for a deconstructed order, no butter, no mayo, or no seasoning. Or, hey, why not extra?

We can’t keep every trace of gluten away because of our limited kitchen equipment, but we do offer a fantastic, organic gluten free bun for $2 extra if you prefer.

Vegetarian, Vegan and Dairy Free
We are excited to feature a seasonal salad at most shacks which is always dairy free and can be prepared vegetarian or vegan. Our slaw is also vegetarian, vegan and dairy free.
